JD Vance Tours Ping Facility and Energizes Volunteers at Trump Force 47 Office in Arizona

PHOENIX, Arizona- Senator JD Vance (R-OH) visited the PING headquarters in Phoenix on Thursday during his trip to Arizona, highlighting the importance of local manufacturing in driving economic growth and sustaining communities.

JD Vance, accompanied by his wife, Usha Vance, spent significant time touring the facility, speaking with employees on the assembly line, and learning about their concerns. Many workers shared their appreciation for the company’s family-centered culture, with one employee stating, “People don’t want to leave this company.”

JD Vance discussed the impacts of inflation and the importance of a fair tax structure and emphasized the need to promote more skilled workers, noting that many of these jobs don’t require a college degree.

“The Military Rebate Program is one-way PING says ‘Thank You’ to the troops who are making sacrifices for the cause of democracy,” a spokesperson for Ping explained. “Everyone at PING has great admiration and respect for all the members of our armed forces.” This program reflects the company’s deep commitment to honoring service members by offering discounts on custom-made golf equipment as a gesture of gratitude for their dedication.

Ping, the renowned golf equipment maker, has been a family-owned business since Karsten Solheim founded it in 1959. Karsten Solheim’s son, John Solheim, currently serves as CEO.

JD Vance also stopped by a Trump Force 47 office in North Phoenix, where he met with volunteers working to support the 2024 Trump campaign.

The vice presidential candidate spoke with volunteers about the importance of their work and emphasized how crucial it is to reach out to voters who haven’t cast a ballot in years but could be pivotal in a close election.

The Ohio Senator said the efforts target specific neighborhoods where voter turnout could make a significant difference. JD Vance thanked the volunteers, who he said play a central role, from phone banking to door-knocking, in helping ensure a Republican victory.

Hope, an officer of the Teenage Republicans, attended the event with her mother and sister, who have been working hard to campaign for Team Trump. During the visit, she managed to snag a picture with Senator JD Vance. Hope expressed her belief that, as a young person, it’s crucial to get involved in politics, noting the importance of having a voice in shaping the future. She said she believes in the engagement of younger generations in the political process.

The Trump Force 47 initiative has established field offices across Arizona, including multiple locations in the Phoenix metro area.
